We offer a wide variety of technical support including computer repairs, networking assistance, hardware testing and servicing, data storage, small business servers and networks, web design, and much more. We offer friendly and professional support you can trust. Most importantly, you will walk in as a client and hopefully stay as a friend.

Formerly Software City, we recently underwent a name change and are now doing business as PC Paladins. Nothing other than our name and logo has changed and we still offer the reliable support you have come to know and expect from us. As we’ve begun dealing more with the hardware repair and networking aspects of computer services, software has become less a part of our company and we felt the need for something better suited to express what we offer.

You may ask, why PC Paladins? Well, for those of you with a curious nature, paladin refers to a dignified warrior and healer of the European Middle Ages, granted none of them had so much as a desktop in those days, but the title describes a benevolent, heroic defender of a good cause. We believe with the support we offer your company is much like the present-day healer and defender. We protect your computer from failures by ensuring you are using reliable hardware and preventive software. As technology goes, we can’t prevent all issues from arising and in such cases we act as healers to return your system to proper working condition. Often paladins are depicted as holy swordsmen who possess great healing powers and have the role of a defender. This may better explain the new logo featuring a protective shield and sword.

In the late 1950’s and early 1960’s the American television series, Paladin, starred Richard Boone as a knight without armor. His slogan was “have gun - will travel”. In adapting this to our company’s onsite services we invite you to remember we can come to your home or office to repair your computer. In other words, “have toolkit – will travel”.
